In June of 2003, Network Polymers of Akron, Ohio and Ed-Lynn Corporation of Toronto, Canada, announced the formation of a new company called Network Performance Additives, a polymer additives company established to provide a unique range of ultra-high quality thermal and UV additives as well as "made to order" additive blends engineered to enhance application performance in the various niche markets of plastics processors.

The Network Performance Additives marketing platform allows its customer base the direct access and value that comes from offshore production combined with an analytical A2LA laboratory, in-house resins manufacturing and compound testing capabilities. Network Performance Additives also offers qualified field service technicians to assist in the optimum use of additives in various applications to achieve excellent performance at significant cost savings.
